Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (32/24kg)

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell snatches (32/24kg)

RXD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull (24/16kg)

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell power cleans (24/16kg)

Fitness

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
8 burpee plate jumps
8 kettlebell swings
