12 overhead squats (60/42.5kg)

Rest 1 minute

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
6 chest-to-bar pull ups
6 overhead squats (60/42.5kg)

RXD

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
10 pull ups
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
10 overhead squats (52.5/35kg)

Rest 1 minute

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
5 chest-to-bar pull ups
5 overhead squats (52.5/35kg)

Fitness

10 ring rows
