In 6 minutes complete as many reps as possible for each movement, any way:
Hang squat snatch (20/15kg)
Burpees

Rest 1 minute

Then, with the same load perform as many reps as possible in 3 minutes:
Overhead walking lunges
* Take 2 reps from hang squat snatch every time you put the bar down.

Rest 1 minute

Perform as many reps as possible in 3 minutes:
Burpees
* If you don’t match your burpee score from the first 6 minute, you take off 2 more burpees for every 1 rep you are away.
