Within 0-5 min complete 3 rounds of:
10 lateral over-the-box jumps (20″)
10 dumbbell row (in plank) (20/12.5kg)
10 air squats

Within 5-10 min complete 3 rounds of:
10 dumbbell step ups (20/12.5kg) (20″)
10 dumbbell row (in plank) (20/12.5kg)
10 air squats

Complete As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes (10-20 min) of:
10 lateral over-the-box jumps (20″)
10 DB Row (In Plank) (20/12.5kg)
10 air squats
10 dumbbell step ups (20/12.5) (20″)
