Our schedule for the new year kicks off this week and there are a few changes and additions as you may have seen.
First up is we have introduced a Free CrossFit Taster session once a month with Tim. Our next one is Wednesday 8th February at 8.30pm. Do you know anyone who might want to try before they buy and see what we are all about? Point them to our Free Taster.
And for those who are ready to jump in and complete their Level 1 classes ready for our regular Level 2, we have additional lunchtime classes all through January and February running to compliment Phill’s Saturday schedule. Click here to see all the options.
Lunchtimes have also changed. We have lost our Monday lunchtime class but gained one on Tuesday and Thursday (so one every day but Monday). There is a difference on Thursdays however, in that it will be our fast paced MetCon class with Jenny.
Following feedback that you wanted later CrossFit classes we have added some options on Monday (Level 2 with Nick) and Tuesday (MetCon with Joe).
We have unfortunately said goodbye to Chloé but we have brought on Nick Denby who will be running Monday and Friday night classes for us. In addition, Amelia makes her return as she replaces Jess on Tuesday nights for our Adult Gymnastics classes.
We keep going strong with our massively popular CrossFit Gymnastics programme with two strength and one skills session per week.
Saturday’s also sees the introduction of Heavy MetCon. As with regular MetCon, the aim is to keep you moving but with, you guessed it, a heavier slant on things. The intention is to make this a particularly spicy class and whilst (relatively) heavy will be accessible to all levels.
And finally, we have the new pre-Saturday night out Level 2 with Phill. Keep your Saturday morning and earn your Saturday night.
