‘Chase the Karen’
Complete as many rounds as needed to hit 150 wall balls, within 3 minutes:
5 front squat (50/35kg)
10 American kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
In the remainder of the time: wall balls (9/6kg)
Rest 1 minute between rounds
