A) Tabata pull ups

Rest 2 minutes.

B) Time Priority Diane
Within 60 seconds complete as many reps as possible of deadlift (100/70kg)
Within 60 seconds complete as many reps as possible of handstand push-up
Within 45 seconds complete as many reps as possible of deadlift (100/70kg)
Within 45 seconds complete as many reps as possible of handstand push-up
Within 30 seconds complete as many reps as possible of deadlift (100/70kg)
Within 30 seconds complete as many reps as possible of handstand push-up

No rest in between 45 sec efforts and 30 sec efforts.
