Once you have completed CrossFit level 1 classes, you can focus your training by progressing to our dedicated Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting clubs. Perfecting key strength exercises will help you amazing gains from just a few movements. Channel your inner beast!


Get started with strength & power training with a range of classes to suit your level at CrossFit SE11:

Powerlifting Club

Our Powerlifting Club meets three times each week with an hour long class that follows a structured programme to progressively build your back squat, bench press and deadlift. Each session has relevant accessory work to address any weaknesses holding back the main lift. In addition the club has weekly rotations of either strength tests, circuits of different stations to superset and offer further accessory, or a strength focused workout done for time or reps. Periodically, the club also runs in-house competitions to test your lifts in a challenging, supportive and fun atmosphere.

We require that you have completed our Level 1 classes before attending Powerlifting Club.

Olympic Weightlifting Club

Olympic Weightlifting club meets three times each week following a programming cycle to improve snatch, clean and jerk. Each session may focus one, two or all of these lifts. Lots of structured warm ups and drills, working on positions and breaking down the lifts to help you feel more comfortable with your technique and the Level 2 classes.

We require that you have completed our Level 1 classes before attending Olympic Weightlifting Club.
