WOD 16 Jan: False grip pull-ups and ring dips

Visitor’s to Bethnal Green’s Blackboard Gym were treated to a morning of snatch technique work, followed by the tricky proposition of:

As many rounds as possible in 20 mins:

  • 10 false grip pull-ups
  • 10 ring dips

Special CrossFit London ‘kudos’ goes to Phil who pulled off his first full muscle-up today. Congratulations! May it be the first of many (say…30, for example). Phil proudly joins the prestigious ranks of the CrossFit London Muscle-up Club.

  1. This workout was a perfect example of the idea that it doesn’t have to be fun to be fun.

    Well done everyone. We did know it was going to be awful when we set it!

    Great improvements in the snatch, our blitz is paying off!!
