Today’s sessions had it all: impressive technique on the push jerks, dumping of bars from overhead, broken bumper plates (indestructible, my ass), salty language, and steaming heads in the chill of Bethnal Green.
We warmed up with some strength work on the push jerk, as everyone strived towards a three rep max.
After that, it was the small matter of:
5 rounds for time
- 10 Push jerks
- 10 Push ups
