Chelsea was the CrossFit London workout of the day, today. But before we got to the task of dealing with Cindy’s sister, there was the small matter of the CrossFit London Aid Worker Warm-up(tm) to contend with…apparently passing out bags of medicine (in this case, medicine balls) to a needy local populous is both a) harder than it first appears, and b) may indeed be a contact sport!
After the usual shenanigans, and some work on the push jerk, it was time for the main event:
Every minute, on the minute for 30 minutes (or as long as you can keep up the pace):
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Press-ups
- 15 Squats
