WODs 12 Jan: Lunchtime: Bullfrog Burp. Evening: Front Squat/Weighted Pull-ups

Well, what a busy day. Once we had finished a muscle-up filming session with Men’s Fitness (we are awful names droppers!) we had a busy lunchtime class, packed out with some Icelandic guys and girls from Crossfit Iceland. We treated them to the Bullfrog Burp (1 x 85 kg deadlift, 1 push up, 2 deadlifts 2 pull ups…as high as you can in 20 minutes)

The evening sessions were  5 x 5 front squats intermingles with 5 x 5 weighted pulls
