WOD 11 Jan: Rope climbs & kettlebell deadlifts

Today seemed like a good day to play with the ropes in the gym.

Oh well…

As many rounds as possible in 15mins of:

  • 3x 15′ rope climbs (or 6x 9′ rope climbs)
  • 10x kettlebell deadlifts

Terrific, gutsy performances from all. Turns out rope climbing is way less fun than it looks…
