WOD 2nd Feb: 5K sub

According to the  official Crossfit London UK programme, today should have been a 5k run for time. But we know that many of our athletes are keen aerobic fans, and get enough of this cardio activity in on their own: so we subbed

20 kettlebell swings, 10 weighted box step ups, 30 squats: amrap in 20 minutes.

The feedback was that it was quite horrible. Marvellous.
