So I thought I’d try a little experiment this morning, and throw a team workout into the mix. It was an interesting and enlightening experience; I was completely unaware of how contentious scoring is for these things…
After a gentle and refreshing warming up of bottom-to-bottom Tabata squat, and handstand practice we got on to the main event:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 250m row
- Bear crawl
- Wall ball
- Rope climb (or rope pull-ups)
Each round lasts as long as it takes for the rowing team member to complete their 250m. After which, everyone rotates to the next station.
I learned three things:
- CrossFit London’s athletes are very tough
- CrossFit London’s athletes really like drawing on stuff with chalk
- The floor of the gym is not nearly as clean as Andrew suggested…
Darned good show by everyone!
