WOD catch up….again!!

A cold and flu struck Andrew is struggling to walk and talk and photograph…what a wimp…but Monday’s session ended up with people flat on their backs, so all is not lost.

Monday was 3 x 5 front squat followed by a shortened Cindy of 12 minutes followed by muscle up practise.

Tuesday was 7 sets of 5 deadlifts, followed by muscle up practise with Warren getting his first muscle up…wooo hoo!
