WOD 5 April: Barbara’s little sister, Ba.

We had such a lot to practise, GDH sit ups, rows, wall ball, box jumps, thrusters…..hat we had  time to do a mini barbara: only 3 rounds of

  • 20 Pull ups
  • 30 pull ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 50 squats

with a 3 minute rest in between rounds.
