Just a quick announcement that for the next 4 weeks, (ish) the Saturday and Sunday lessons will end with either kipping or muscle up practise. We really need everyone to get the hang of the kipping pull up, so if you are still struggling, make sure you book into a weekend class (the kips will be in the last 10 to 15 minutes of the session).
If you have the kip, you will be focusing on the muscle up.
