It was a bit of a muddled night, really.
Some wanted the last of the squats from the last from the last of the Tuesday squats, some wanted levers, some to have some time working on the muscle up, most had some handstand push ups…there were a lot of levers.
Some had 3 x 5 front squats followed by 5 rounds of
- 10 handstand push ups
- 5 lever rolls
- 10 strict pull ups
Anyway, next week it’s 100% Adult gymnastics with Amelia and Andrew (another Andrew!!)
