Special Kipping Practise: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Hi all!

Whilst not giving anything away about the WODs, there will be a 15 minute kipping practise on all the Wednesday, Friday evening sessions and the Saturday morning sessions this week. If you can kip, you will have some muscle-up practise time (or another activity of choice)
