WOD 11 June: CSUBI (Chew Bee) Strikes on Total nights

Canadian Crossfit trainer , and power lifter, Csubi, popped in to Crossfit London UK, and stopped to help out during Crossfit total night

  • Max Deadlift
  • Max Back squat
  • Max Press

As normal, the air was thick with PB’s

The one thing I gained was how fast the shoulders fatigue, so, if you are going for a max Press, don’t waste time doing lots of heavy warm up sets,

  1. The one thing I gained was 2 PBs. Both an improvement of 15kgs on the last time we did Total!
    Whatever you guys are doing….. keep doing it!!
