Yeesh! It was a little muggy tonight!
Didn’t seem to stop another three packed classes worth of London crossfitters smashing through tonight’s activities, though.
A gentle warm up
Two 45 second rounds of:
- Max push press
- Max box jumps
30 seconds rest in between sets
We then moved on to some technique work on the clean and jerk, before hitting the classic CrossFit benchmark WOD, Helen.
3 rounds for time
- 2 Alleyway runs
- 21 Kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
- 12 pull-ups
