So my first class unsupervised! I had been watching the IRB Rugby World Sevens. It’s rugby played Crossfit style. Short intense bursts with no where to hide in the game. You should check it out.
So we did an AMRAP WOD of:
- 7 SDLHP 40kg
- 7 Press Ups
- 7 Box Jumps
The best score was 14 rounds, just one round short of mine! I was impressed!
Looking forward to next the next session which will be in a fortnight as I am off to a wedding. No, not mine!
While I am away I will be thinking of a monthly challenge as this is something I do at the TSG. Any ideas let me know.
