Another action-packed Sunday morning class!
We got straight down to business by monkeying around on the rings. We worked our way through some static holds, hanging baskets and inversions before bashing out some back lever progressions and skin-the-cats.
And then to the WOD…
- 20 Thrusters
- 20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
- 20 Push-jerks
- 20 Overhead squats
- 20 Front squats
Which doesn’t seem that bad really until you add in…
