WOD 21 July: A warm up followed by Elizabeth

A nasty, amended CrossFit warm up warmed up everyone who wasn’t already warmed up by the warmed up by the weather… phew!

Three rounds of:

  • a cute 30 second Sampson stretch
  • 15 overhead squats
  • 15 RDL’s
  • 15 leg raises
  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 handstand press ups

Which accounts for the old Crossfit saying: “our warm up is your workout”…

Followed by Elizabeth

  • Squat cleans
  • Ring dips
