WOD 18th October Thruster-licous

Keeping the warm up basic, working on dislocation into over-head squats. Then ditching the pvc’c for a light oly bar to run through front squats, push presses and my fave snatches.

After clearing up Efe’s confusion ????? getting everyone into a flap, “why are we doing soooo many thruster???”…. Why because its good for the soul!
