WOD 3 October: Deadlifts and DHSCTs

Nothing too clever this morning. Just a good, old fashioned CrossFit warm-up followed by a nice, little grinder of a WOD. Just as much a test of mental strength as it was of physical capability.

  • Dumbbell hang squat clean thruster (15kg/10kg/5kg)
  • Deadlift (50% of 1RM)

You start with one DHSCT, and follow it with two deadlifts, three DHSCTs, four deadlifts, and so on for 15 minutes.

Like I said: not clever, but still effective.

Sunday morning regulars got a chance to meet Australian Alex (normally of the 0630am crew) and just-passed-her-beginners-course, Jan. Well done on your first proper WOD, Jan!
