We will launch our new “Crossfit London UK Running Club” with some POSE method and Crossfit Endurance coaching sessions. We have booked space for the next four Monday evenings (6.30 to 7.30pm) at one of the neighbouring arches (no. 11) to go through the basics of the POSE running method.
This starts Monday 15th November, and you can book as from now. This will be a technique session only (ie no extended running) so if you still want a beasting, you could book a Sally class the same night.
I’m delighted to say that these sessions will be coached by both me and the fabulous Efe (Crossfit Level 1 trainer: Crossfit Endurance certified: Hunk), who is going to lead our endurance efforts by facilitating the creation of a Crossfit London UK Endurance “Team”.
