WOD 3rd November: The Butt ache WOD

Whilst it lacked that gasping for breath aspect, this uniquely crafted power and strength wod brought a delicious, lasting ache to the bottoms of those who braved the tube strike on Wednesday.

This WOD was so such fun, that its to be repeated on Friday. Its a nice little combo as it got people to really think about their  Olympic lifting form and combined some heavy cleans, some ‘high pulls” followed by some  heavy front squats.

My Bum aches still.
