My warm up for today was meant to be simple but due to brain freeze or monday blur, everyone struggled to understand the format. It was only a circuit guys!!!!
It was a busy first class with 9 and since the circuit was in pairs I took it upon myself to join in and hold up the rear.
We did goblet squat holds with box jumps
……sit ups and plank holds
…….HSPU and burpees
…….PVC oh squat hold and light bar oh squats
All for the duration of 30 sec then switching with your partner. We did the whole drama twice.
We spent the rest of the session working our snatch drills then working with weight on our technique. Nice work people! Whoop.
