Off on holiday for a week in the sun but no crossfit box for 7 whole days…I asked myself what will I miss the most……….. Thrusters!! Whoop
So decided to give ‘Coe’ a bash
First we warmed the shoulders with some turkish get up’s
Then just cos I will miss my Fran, we did a body weight version – burpees and pull ups.
Then on to Coe!
10 rounds for time of thrusters and ring push ups (scaled to floor push ups or on knees)
Well done to Colm who finished on time his first wod!
