Cindy is a super, main page, benchmark, Crossfit WOD.

It is a superbly well-crafted time-priority triplet: three exercises combined in a round. Try to achieve as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes.

5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats.


This was followed by a quick break, then your choice of a Crossfit Fundamental move executed 20 times….. 3 sets. Marvellous.

Remember, if you miss your Crossfit London workout, a Christmas Elf drops down dead!

  1. Oh Cindy. My first Crossfit love. And Andrew is right, except that not only do Christmas elves die when you miss a workout, but they fall on a kitten. It’s tragic.
