Today was cold! Thinking of the best way to warm up I got back to my Kb roots. We rubbed our hands together and picked out a reasonably sized Kb, we started at 5 and continued up the 5 times table till we were warm.
Taking up a oly bar we ran through our clean technique for a warm up set of 10. Not wanting to cool down too much we did a couple more warm up sets 50% and 60% of 5 reps. The hard work was 5 sets at 70-80% each with 5 reps.
The WOD was simple
5 rounds of 5 squat clean thrusters and 10 c2b or pull ups
