WOD 25 Jan: My Poor Grip!

Another bish bash bosh post today. This morning’s session in a nutshell:


Warm up: worked on the wrists and did some thoracic work.


Strength work: drilled some clean technique including receiving the bar and foot positioning, followed by power cleans 3-3-3-3-3


Met-con: five rounds of 15 deadlifts and 15 knees to elbows. Grip central! Go TEAM!

  1. I liked the get back up there and give me more knees to elbow approach… helped by a no nonsense Yorkshire accent
