WOD 6th January Crossfit London 300

Using some of the mobility mash up exercises we worked through the whole body in preparation for the task ahead.

The turn out was busy and I wish my laptop was feeling better so I could put up some photos as there was some amazing work going on a mention for Ronnie and Vince doing so well up against the double unders.

So to the work

Accumulate 25 Double unders

25 pull ups

50 swings 12/16kg

50 push ups

50 box jumps

50 tommy yules

25 snatches each arm 12/16kg

25 double unders

We finished this with a good old fashioned stretch!
