The Skillz and Drillz session returned today with a long look at the GHD and all it can offer. We covered the hip extension and the back extension and the GHD sit up. This is very useful kit and than can be considered at odds with the Crossfit philosophy of compound movements. But what it offers is so powerful in strengthening our hip muscles and improving our ability to lock down our core it warrants being included in the Crossfit arsenal.
Then on to our WOD.
