Dome and Dish: cleans, pulls, jerks and kips

Once again, the friday class explored the theology regarding Domes and Dishes, today focusing on conversion. ( sorry, no more explanation than that on-line!)

We also found time to do some kipping practise, find out our 1 rep max push jerk , and then rattled out a tight little couplet of  power cleans and Pull ups. ( 10/1, 9/2 etc…….to 1/10), guillotined at 10 minutes

This left us with enough time to knock out 3 sets of max push ups  with 90 seconds rest between each set.
