Combo night

I decided to resurrect the Friday night Olympic lifting tradition, but sandwiched in between some high intensity “bits”.  Tonight was a delcious

20 double unders, 5 push ups, x 3 as a warm up

Then on to max snatch and max clean and jerk with a bit of individual correction, followed by max Burpees in a minute, with a minutes rest, x 5,

9 minutes of horror.

The gift of the minutes rest inspires you to work stupidly hard in the work periods. Anyway, this unveiled the target we are working towards: 100 burpees in 5 minutes.

We were joined tonight by Eric, Jeff and Kathleen from the good old USA.  Good Job
