take a perfectly good WOD of

5 strict pull ups, 15 Push ups, 25 air squats, times five….then ruin it by sandwiching it in between two 750m rows.

Not a nice introduction for Ruth. Sorry!

This is the time to get yourself booked onto the 1st of the rowing technique classes  Theres a  class on the 24th Sept. (look it up in the class schedule)

The skill was my current backbridge obsession, just to prepare you for when gymnastics restarts (16th September)

  1. Amating how several minutes of rowing (admittedly with pretty poor technique in my case) robs you of the ability to do pull ups…
