Two Crossfit benchmark WODs on consecutive Saturdays:

Saturday 8 Oct 11
Fight Gone Bad

Wallball 10/7kg
Sumo deadlift high-pull 35/25kg
Box jump 24″
Push press 35/25kg
Row
I min work on each of 5 stations, 1 min rest, repeat for 3 rounds.

 

Saturday 15 Oct 11
Helen (in a boat)

3 rounds
400m row
21 kettlebell swings 24/16kg
12 pullups

As these are foundations classes, there was plenty of scaling, but some brave souls did them RX’d.

  1. Well done Gareth last week – his first foundations class and blasted through FGB RX’d! Great job everyone today- some nice strength work on deadlifts from all. Well done Cristina on the pullups – you’ll learn to love them in time 😉
