A simple workout

row 500m, then do 21 squat clean thrusters ( Boys 45kg, Crossfit women 30kg), then row 500m, then do 15 squat clean thrusters, another row, then 9 squat clean thrusters.

quite nasty. We did some handstand push ups with a demo by  Aaron who wacked out 10. Well done
