    5 reps x 2 sets @ 140kg
    3 reps x 2 sets @ 145kg
    1 rep x 2 sets @ 145kg

    Planche:

    3 seconds
    sub second 🙂

    Tabata Thrusters:

    Best: 10 reps
    Worst: 5 reps

  2. Deadlift:

    5 reps x 2 sets @ 110kg
    3 reps x 2 sets @ 130kg
    1 rep x 2 sets @ 140kg

    Frog stand: 20secs + 5 secs (lost balance!!)

    Tabata Thrusters:

    Best: 8
    Worst: 3

  3. Deadlift:

    5 reps x 2 sets @ 80kg
    3 reps x 2 sets @ 85 + 90kg
    1 rep x 2 sets @ 95kg

    Frog stand: better not say…

    Tabata Thrusters (as recommended):

    Best: 9 reps
    Worst: 6 reps

    Tweaked lower back on second set at 140kg. Very annoyed with myself as all felt good.
