WOD Thursday 13th October (evening classes)

Warm up: 10mins ketlebell snatch test as many snatches as possible in 10mins alternating arms.

Strength: Strict press

WOD: 5 rounds of 3mins AMRAP with the 1min rest in between of:

3 thrusters (45kg/30kg)

6 box jumps

9 ketlebell swings (16kg/24kg)

The score is the amount of full rounds so after rest you start where your round finished.
