  1. Hold on a sec – wasn’t it *5* pull ups *after* the ring push ups..? At least that’s what I did 😉 I think 20:40 with 50 kgs.

  2. I have now adjusted the WOD description. This is the reason why I always try the WOD before I give it to you guys so I can tweak it to make it little bit easier.

  3. Also here are times for the individual rounds:

    Richard 1:54 – 1:53 – 2:52 – 3:23 – 3:48
    Patrick 2:23 – 2:47 – 2:54 – 3:17 – 3:10
    Helen 2:16 – 2:38 – 2:57 – 2:52 – 2:43

Also well done to visitor Tim from CFNZ who deadlifted 175kg after getting of the plane this morning.

  4. Those jerks KILLED me!

Great wod Kat. Oddly my deadlift improved even though it was the third day in a row I’d deadlifted

  5. great WOD Kat, thanks. Due to niggly neck/back injury I had the benefit of replacing press with KB swings which certainly made it more bearable.
