Today we started with ring dips.  Depending on your level we looked at scaled versions from bands and negatives right up to weighted maximum efforts and dynamic efforts.

Then on to the Saturday WOD.  Ten rounds of reducing and simultaneously increasing reps of Thrusters (40kg/30kg) and Box Jumps

i.e. 10, 9, 8, 7, etc

1,  2,  3,  4……

We love thrusters!

  1. 12:39 at 18kg thrusters and BLUE box (or yellow box with 3 mats = equivalent height as we were low on blue boxes) – first WOD I’ve ever done with a blue box so very pleased. Deliberately went light on thrusters …I had stuff to do and didn’t want to be destroyed!
