Today we started with ring dips. Depending on your level we looked at scaled versions from bands and negatives right up to weighted maximum efforts and dynamic efforts.
Then on to the Saturday WOD. Ten rounds of reducing and simultaneously increasing reps of Thrusters (40kg/30kg) and Box Jumps
i.e. 10, 9, 8, 7, etc
