Strength: back squats 5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%, 1 (or more) @ 95%

Skill: deadlifts, hang power cleans, front squats and push jerks

Metcon: 5 rounds of 15 deadlifts, 12 hang power cleans, 9 front squats and 6 push jerks

    WOD: 2 full rounds + three jerks.

    Very humbling workout. Really need to work on clean technique as that was the limiting factor here I think…

    back squats

    5 @ 75% – 90kg

    3 @ 85% – 100kg

    1 (or more) @ 95% – 112.5kg 5 reps

    Metcon:

    Got 4 rounds + 8 deadlift before 15min cutoff
