A kettlebell styled WOD for this morning’s class:
6x 2mins AMRAPs with 30 seconds rest in between rounds
- 3x one armed kettlebell deadlifts
- 3x one armed kettlebell swings (24/16)
- 3x one armed kettlebell cleans
- 3x burpees
We alternated arms with the rounds, starting with the weakest arm. For scoring, we only counted completed rounds.
