A kettlebell styled WOD for this morning’s class:

6x 2mins AMRAPs with 30 seconds rest in between rounds

  • 3x one armed kettlebell deadlifts
  • 3x one armed kettlebell swings (24/16)
  • 3x one armed kettlebell cleans
  • 3x burpees

We alternated arms with the rounds, starting with the weakest arm. For scoring, we only counted completed rounds.
