After some requested gymnastic skill work of headstands and handstands and heavy sets of deadlifts we have moved onto the main WOD.
Due to darkness during the evening classes there was a lack of running programmed into the WODs but that was not the case today:
15 knees to elbows
12 push ups
9 pull ups
