WOD Saturday 5th November

After some requested gymnastic skill work of headstands and handstands and heavy sets of deadlifts we have moved onto the main WOD.

Due to darkness during the evening classes there was a lack of running programmed into the WODs but that was not  the case today:

20mins AMRAP

400m run

15 knees to elbows

12 push ups

9 pull ups

  3. Will post your results later on tonight guys but well done everybody to handstand/headstand skill, PBs on deadlifts and wod results. It was a pleasure teaching you all today.

    I did 3 sets of 10 at 130kg deadlifts and WOD was 4 rounds and 5-8 K2E

  5. 4 full rounds + 1x400m though Kat did pull me up on my pressups and wasn’t always hitting my knees off my elbows.
