WOD Thursday 17th November (evening classes)

After heavy sets of Overhead Squats we have moved onto the main WOD:

10 rounds for time of

15 deadlifts (60/45kg)

15 push ups

The class had to also complete 50 knees to elbows and 50 GHD back extensions anytime throughout the hour.

  1. Couldn’t finish this, my back was like jelly after 6 rounds, managed 2 more and decided to quit
