Tuesday night at Crossfit London saw some uncomfortable faces as we worked on the quality of our overhead squat then practiced it’s function during the Snatch, lots of practice!
First of all we took some time to really concentrate on maintaining a good “active” shoulder position with external rotation in the shoulder and a hollow stomach throughout the squat.
Snatch drills… hmm something I think members should give a bit of time to on Strength sundays! Remember the secret to improving your Olympic Lifts is practice, it’s a skill!
However we cracked on!
Good lifts throughout the night from Bertie, Patrick, Carolyn and Paul. However the Wall Ball Shots were a little bit of a shock to the system for everyone I think.
